Dear Future Patron of our Department, 

We’d like to invite you to be a part of the Olympia High School Theatre Arts Department’s Century Club and become a patron of our department.

The Century Club is a group of 100 (or more) businesses, families, and/or individuals that are willing to donate $100 towards our productions during our 2024-2025 Season. These donations would go towards such production costs as legal rights to the script and musical materials, set building materials like lumber and paint, special effect items like projections, fog machines, or bubble machines, sound effects software, speciality props, costume rental or purchase, or the rental/purchase of microphones so that all actors can be heard clearly from the audience. 

As a thank you for donating and being a part of the Century Club, your name, your business or family name will be printed in our digital programs, display programs, posted in our lobby during show weeks, and displayed before the show begins for each show in our 2024-2025 season.

Donations can be made in one of three ways: here on BookTix, digitally through our ASB Fundraising Portal, or by check dropped off at OHS during regular school hours. If $100 is just not enough for you, we would love to give you an opportunity to donate more and would love to provide you with even more recognition! Please email Mr. Myers dmyers@osd.wednet.edu for more information about larger donations.

We know you have many options when it comes to donating funds. We truly appreciate you considering Olympia High School’s Theater Program. We look forward to promoting your business and seeing you at one of our future performances.
